YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN!
YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN!
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, EXCEPT A MAN BE BORN AGAIN, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
This sets the tone to a very wonderful and insightful conversation that transpired between a Pharasee and Jesus when Jesus granted him a private interview at night. It was this private interview that led to the popular verse among Christians: John 3:16. But before I attempt any thing on John 3:16, I want to touch on John 3:3, particularly "...EXCEPT a man be BORN AGAIN, he CANNOT see the kingdom of God.
This statement, when said to the Pharasee, Nicodemus, he was shocked! He marveled! And its no new experience today. A lot of people in the church today are shocked to be told they must be BORN AGAIN. Why? Because a lot of religious activities today has replaced this very simple but all-important truth in the church. People have replaced being BORN AGAIN with a whole bunch of things that did never, can never and would never be able to replace being BORN AGAIN.
Many people have joined the church today and have never responded to an alter call before to confess and accept Jesus Christ as their LORD and SAVIOR but deem themselves CHRISTIANS. And I have stated the reason already. Other religious activities has replaced the salvation message and being BORN AGAIN. When a person attends church regularly, he/she deems him/herself saved and a BORN AGAIN Christian. When a person gives offering and pays tithe, such a one deems him/herself saved and a BORN AGAIN Christian. When a person is born to a ChristIan family, such a one deems him/herself saved and BORN AGAIN. When a person attends all night prayer session, such a one deems him/herself a BORN AGAIN Christian. When a person occupies a prominent position in the church, such a one deems him/herself saved and a BORN AGAIN Christian. When a person has a good relationship with the Pastor or Bishop of his or her church, such a one deems him/herself saved and a BORN AGAIN christian. When a person is related to the Pastor or Bishop by blood, such a one deems him/herself a Christian. Beloved even if you are married to a Pastor, Reverend, Apostle, Prophet, Bishop, Evangelist, Teacher, Arch Bishop, no marriage to any of the holders of the above titles secures one access to the kingdom. REMEMBER LOTS WIFE!
Jesus was very clear on that in His conversation with Nicodemus. He knew Nicodemus was a Pharasee and a ruler of the Jews, meaning he must be some one well informed or knowledgeable in the law and very religious, (John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:) but Jesus told him clearly, that none of the titles he has, position and religious activities he's engaged in, can replace being BORN AGAIN. O NO! But O YES! Thats the truth, and that's what we must go by.
A lot of people in the church today, Satan is not bothered about them at all because they are already his. They go to church alright. They sing alright. They praise alright. They give offering alright. They tithe alright. They fast alright. But Jesus said to Nicodemus, you will miss it, with all that, if you are not BORN AGAIN. This is because Jesus knew that Nicodemus, being a Pharasee and a ruler of the Jews, must be some one who prays, fasts, gives and pays tithes and lives righteously per what they define to be righteousness. (Luke 18:11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. 18:12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.) The lifestyle of a Pharasee Is as summed in the above text. But Jesus wasn't impressed with all that because without being BORN AGAIN, none of that matters! O yeah I said that! Please don't MARVEL like the way Nicodemus marveled! (John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.) Be thankful to God that you are reading this while you are alive. That means you stand a chance of correcting that gross error of being grossly engaged in religious activities without being BORN AGAIN and delusioning yourself that you are safe and saved based on your religious activities! We are In A time and season where many churches don't even do alter call any more, for whatever reason. Probably the new member that joined that day was so much involved In the service that, it can't be that he or she IS NOT BORN AGAIN. Probably! But dear Pastor, Nicodemus too, upon occupying two prominent positions, one being a Pharasee, you know what the life of those folks entails already, you can read Luke 18:11 again, and secondly, he was a ruler of the Jews, that's no joke. But HE WAS NOT BORN AGAIN. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. Am not talking about those who don't go to church today. Am not there yet today. Am only on the church goers and religious UNBORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS. Alter calls are reducing nowadays When this is the time it must be done even more than ever because these are the last seconds. I mean since the time of John the Baptist, it has been preached we are in the last days. Two thousand years after we can't still be in the last days, not even the last hours, it will even be an understatement to say we are in the last minute. Beloved, permit me to be a little logical and calculative, we are in the last seconds! That's why the Bible says it will all happen in a twinkle of an eye. What unit of time best explains that? Day, hour, minute or second? When something is said to take place in a twinkle of an eye, what unit of time do you think best qualifies that? Over to you. 1 Corinthians 15:52 IN A MOMENT, in the TWINKLING OF AN EYE, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. Beloved, the underlined word in John 3:3 is EXCEPT. To be continued...
Beloved the signs are clear. The prophecies are no more prophecies but fufilments. I want to take this opportunity to lead you to Christ by being BORN AGAIN God's way, not your religious way. This is God's way: Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Dear Lord Jesus, forgive me of all my sins. I accept that I am a sinner and I have sinned against you. Please have mercy on me and forgive me of all my sins. Wash me whole with your precious blood I pray. I acknowledge that you are the son of God who came to die for my sins to redeem me. I accept you into my life, into my heart as my Lord and Saviour. Please write my name in the Book of life and reign over my life in Jesus mighty name Amen.
